  • Responsibilities

    • User Research
      • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors and needs
      • Design and implement research methodologies such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests
      • Analyze research data to extract meaningful insights
    • Brand Experience Research
      • Research user perceptions and interactions with the Rakuten brand
      • Evaluate how brand elements affect user experience
      • Provide insights to improve brand-user connections
    • Research Communication
      • Present research findings to stakeholders and teams
      • Create research reports and recommendations
      • Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement research insights
