Team Leadership
- Lead robotics systems and software engineers on multi-robot control and coordination
- Align roadmaps with product goals through daily collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage backlog: create, prioritize user stories, and define acceptance criteria
- Facilitate planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives for continuous improvement
- Clarify requirements and unblock progress through feedback loops

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 2+ years leading technical projects in software, robotics, or distributed systems

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work from Tokyo office; visa sponsorship available
