Responsibilities

Program Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of robotics hardware projects from concept to production
- Set goals for safety, cost, quality, and scalability
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate hardware/software releases
- Oversee risk management, validation, and continuous improvement

Design & Development
- Champion DFM/DFA, optimize build and costs
- Collaborate with engineering teams and manufacturing partners
- Ensure products are safe, reliable, and suitable for customer warehouses
Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 5+ years in electromechanical product development
- 3+ years leading technical programs
- Experience with motion systems, embedded/electrical systems, and mass production
- Business-level English proficiency

Preferred Skills
- Experience with warehouse automation, AGVs, AMRs, or industrial robotics
- Hands-on mechanical or electrical design experience
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Japanese language skills are a plus
