Responsibilities

Product Development
- Develop and operate the "LEEEP" product, including management dashboard, content distribution server, and analytics server
- Contribute to product development as a developer
- Potentially take on a tech lead role to mentor overseas engineers

Team Collaboration
- Work proactively within a small, high-performing team
- Share information effectively to facilitate progress
- Collaborate with non-technical teams (PDM, CS) for feature development and customer interactions
- Identify and propose business solutions independently
- Prioritize high-value business outcomes and select suitable technologies
- Handle tasks across frontend and backend development as needed
Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills
- Experience developing and operating web applications on cloud platforms
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Golang, RDB (Amazon Aurora), AWS (ECS, CDK, Terraform)

Preferred Experience
- Experience in EC industry development
- Experience as a tech lead, mentoring junior engineers, and working with business teams
- Experience operating mission-critical systems
