Job Description

• Responsibilities

  • Machine Learning Development
    • Lead research, development, and deployment of ML models for the MRV platform
    • Refine algorithms for optimal performance
    • Assess and improve model efficacy
    • Integrate models into production systems
  • Data Processing & Integration
    • Handle satellite imagery, IoT, and soil data pipelines
    • Combine data from satellite, IoT, and climate sources
  • Collaboration & Mentorship
    • Work with cross-functional teams to meet user and regulatory needs
    • Mentor junior team members

  Requirements

  • Technical Skills
    • 5+ years in ML/Data Science, with 2+ years in leadership
    • Proficiency in Python and AWS
    • Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
    • Satellite image processing and geospatial data analysis
    • Knowledge of carbon accounting and environmental standards
  • Additional Skills
    • Strong problem-solving and software engineering practices
    • Excellent communication skills; Japanese proficiency for Tokyo roles
