Requirements
- 6+ years in Product Management, 3+ years in leadership
- Strong understanding of product and business strategy
- Proven ability to innovate and deliver high-quality products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Native Japanese and fluent English

- Experience in early-stage product development at startups
- Background in SaaS or B2B software
