Platform Development
- Lead design, development, and operation of a short film streaming platform
- Build and maintain full-stack features (backend and frontend)
- Analyze user data for product improvements
- Contribute to technical strategy and engineering decisions
- Mentor engineers and improve development processes
- Drive continuous delivery and rapid iteration

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Go, Rust, React, Vue, HTML, CSS, Flutter
- Experience with AWS, GCP, BigQuery, GitHub, and collaboration tools
