Responsibilities

Design and Research
- Lead UX/UI design for new AI products
- Create user personas, mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Analyze UX data to inform design decisions

Collaboration and Documentation
- Work with stakeholders, engineers, and product managers
- Document user journeys, flows, and information architecture
- Facilitate workshops and present research findings
Requirements
- 5+ years in product design, experience with B2B markets
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Experience with Agile teams and discovery workshops
- Business-level Japanese and English skills
- Legal work visa for Japan (if applicable)
