Responsibilities

Product Development & Strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user needs and requirements
- Develop product vision, roadmap, and user stories
- Create UI/UX designs, prototypes, and wireframes
- Facilitate technical architecture decisions with engineers
- Evaluate and improve product impact using metrics like conversions and revenue

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with sales, marketing, and data teams to optimize features
- Manage product lifecycle and prioritize tasks based on business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years technical experience
- 5+ years in product management or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
- Ability to translate technical/business problems into deliverables
- Valid work visa for Japan (if applicable)
