Responsibilities

Design Leadership
- Lead end-to-end UI design and prototyping for empathetic AI communication
- Develop intuitive conversational interfaces considering emotional nuance
- Implement multimodal interactions combining voice, text, and visuals

- Work with engineers, product managers, and AI researchers
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design
- Iterate rapidly based on feedback in a dynamic environment
Requirements

Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years in UX/UI design for digital products
- Proficiency with Figma or similar tools
- Experience in user research and usability testing
