Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Backend Development
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability infrastructure for high traffic
- Build backend systems integrating AI models for speech recognition, NLP, and speech synthesis
- Develop real-time streaming systems for voice communication
- Optimize large-scale data processing frameworks

Product Collaboration
- Work with product managers and designers on feature planning and UX/UI improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in backend system design and maintenance
- Proficiency with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of real-time communication tech (WebRTC, WebSocket)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating new tools
- Fluent in Japanese for daily communication
Preferred Skills
- Experience in startups, machine learning operations, or deep learning models
- Knowledge of speech recognition or NLP
- English communication skills and home server management are a plus
