      • Oversee project planning, staffing, budgets, risk, and quality across teams

    Requirements

    • Experience & Skills
      • Proven track record in enterprise e-commerce projects
      • Proficiency in Japanese and English (technical and commercial)
      • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and release processes
      • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Preferred
      • Background in computer science or related field
      • Experience in digital transformation and product roles
      • Hands-on experience with e-commerce conversion optimization, CRO, A/B testing
      • Familiarity with Japan EC payment systems and CRM landscape
      • Web analytics expertise (GA4, attribution)
      • Experience with AI workflows and prototyping
