Job Description

  • This role blends hands-on vehicle operations and guest relations with creative field-based content capture to support Tokyo Campervans' experiences across Japan.

    Responsibilities

    • Guest Relations & Logistics
      • Facilitate customer check-in/out processes, including vehicle inspections and inventory audits
      • Oversee van inventory and suggest equipment upgrades as needed
      • Coordinate with cleaning teams to ensure vehicles are prepared for upcoming bookings
    • Content & Marketing
      • Capture raw photo and video assets for social media platforms
      • Collaborate with the central media team on production and editing requirements
      • Travel across Japan to document outdoor and campervan experiences

    Requirements

    • Ability to work flexible shifts and accommodate last-minute scheduling changes
    • Genuine passion for the outdoors and the campervan lifestyle
    • Basic content creation skills or a strong desire to develop them
