Start Immediate (July, 2025)
Location Akasaka, Tokyo (daily place of work flexible)
Compensation ¥300,000 to ¥450,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus
Social insurance Includes contributions to social insurance (health and pension)
Paid vacation 10 days per year, incrementing by 1 day on each work anniversary
Sick leave Up to 9 days/year
Responsibilities
- Sales Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Market Representation
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Provide market feedback to internal teams
