Job Description

  • Responsibilities

    • Strategy Development
      • Create and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
      • Develop testing roadmaps and implement innovative advertising strategies
    • Campaign Management
      • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, programmatic)
      • Manage end-to-end campaign processes from creative to media buying
      • Conduct A/B testing to improve performance
    • Analysis & Reporting
      • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
      • Generate reports on performance and ROI for stakeholders
      • Explain complex data to non-technical audiences
    • Team & Vendor Leadership
      • Mentor performance marketing team members
      • Manage external vendors independently
      • Lead small to medium projects with minimal supervision

    Requirements

    • 8+ years in digital marketing, especially SEM (Google Ads)
    • Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, programmatic)
    • Experience managing large budgets and campaigns
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus
