Responsibilities

Strategy Development
- Create and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Develop testing roadmaps and implement innovative advertising strategies

Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, programmatic)
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes from creative to media buying
- Conduct A/B testing to improve performance

Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
- Generate reports on performance and ROI for stakeholders
- Explain complex data to non-technical audiences

Team & Vendor Leadership
- Mentor performance marketing team members
- Manage external vendors independently
- Lead small to medium projects with minimal supervision
Requirements
- 8+ years in digital marketing, especially SEM (Google Ads)
- Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, programmatic)
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus
