• Responsibilities

    • Work with global English-speaking engineering teams in Japan, US, and Europe
  • AI & ML Development
    • Design, implement, and validate machine learning models and AI agents from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google
    • Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and develop training processes
    • Optimize model performance, scalability, and system resilience
  • Operational Excellence
    • Promote CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and version control following MLOps best practices
    • Stay updated on latest ML, MLOps, and LLM trends; research new technologies
  • Ownership & Innovation
    • Manage projects from problem definition to deployment and iteration
    • Propose ideas and influence product development
    • Potential to work at the New York hub based on performance

  Technical Skills & Requirements

  • Languages & Tools
    • Python, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps

    • Experience with LLM orchestration, ML pipelines, and MLOps
  • Experience
    • Mid-level: 3+ years; Senior: 5+ years in backend and ML development
