Responsibilities

Customer Support & Integration
- Provide technical support during development and validation phases
- Assist with vehicle integration and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with customer and internal engineering teams

Issue Resolution & Diagnostics
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Identify root causes of vehicle or software problems
- Escalate complex issues appropriately

System Understanding
- Develop knowledge of customer systems and APIs (e.g., drive-by-wire)
- Maintain system-level perspective for troubleshooting
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with development vehicles and diagnostic tools (e.g., CANape)
- Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet)
- Automotive experience, ideally with product deployment
- Good communication skills and willingness to travel
- Proficiency with terminal commands and basic programming
