Job Description

  • Responsibilities

    • Customer Support & Integration
      • Provide technical support during development and validation phases
      • Assist with vehicle integration and troubleshooting
      • Collaborate with customer and internal engineering teams
    • Issue Resolution & Diagnostics
      • Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
      • Identify root causes of vehicle or software problems
      • Escalate complex issues appropriately
    • System Understanding
      • Develop knowledge of customer systems and APIs (e.g., drive-by-wire)
      • Maintain system-level perspective for troubleshooting

    Requirements

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Hands-on experience with development vehicles and diagnostic tools (e.g., CANape)
    • Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet)
    • Automotive experience, ideally with product deployment
    • Good communication skills and willingness to travel
    • Proficiency with terminal commands and basic programming
