Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
- Manage KPIs such as CAC, LTV, DAU/MAU, and trading frequency
- Oversee paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube) and organic channels (SEO, social, community)
- Collaborate with product team to integrate growth loops and referral mechanics
- Lead A/B testing and optimize user experience based on data
- Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) for organic downloads
- Develop content strategies (SEO, social, video) targeting Japanese retail investors
- Build brand presence on social platforms (X, TikTok, YouTube) and develop influencer partnerships
- Establish growth analytics infrastructure and report performance to leadership
- Conduct user research to inform strategies
- Hire and manage a growth marketing team and external agencies
Requirements

Required
- 3+ years in growth or digital marketing, with experience in consumer apps or digital products
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels
- Data-driven approach with rapid hypothesis testing and measurement
- Fluent in Japanese for content and community management
