Responsibilities

AI Platform Development
- Lead the design, development, and scaling of a multi-Agent AI platform
- Define AI applications, set technical vision, and drive AI tool delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to prioritize features and resolve challenges

Data & Insights
- Partner with Data Engineering to optimize data pipelines for AI
- Utilize data to generate AI-driven insights

Cross-functional Leadership
- Lead meetings to align development with business goals
- Translate technical requirements into actionable plans
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- 4-5 years in product management, with AI experience preferred
- Strong understanding of AI, software development, and data engineering
- Excellent communication skills; Japanese proficiency is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Skills
- Experience with backend technologies, APIs, and system design
