Responsibilities

Product Development
- Develop and maintain product roadmap aligned with business goals
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders
- Create user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize features based on feedback and market research
- Coordinate releases, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
- Conduct testing of new features and bug fixes

Collaboration & Support
- Work with UX/UI teams to ensure user-friendly interfaces
- Support clients with inquiries and enhancement requests
- Prepare product documentation and tutorials
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira is a plus
- Passion for technology, data analytics, and supply chain management
